A review to me is always important and should be honest.
Several months back my family was looking to update our family summer home, that has been in the family since my father built it himself in the mid 60’s. It was time for a major overhaul hauling.

We contacted at least four builders to get a quote. Mike the owner of Marine Home Improvement Inc., responded in a timely manner. He is knowledgeable and personable. We felt like we invited a member of our family into our home. He respected the sentiments that this home meant to us. His suggestions were spot on. His price was excellent. His crew are very hardworking individuals. Mike is easy to talk with. If we had a question or an issue he was right there to address it.
Our family of 8 siblings all agreed that Mike’s company earned 5 stars.

Just to name a few things we had done;
The exterior house was stripped and replaced with, Fiber Cement Clapboard.
New windows,slider, front and shed door and re-framed a doorway plus other small projects we needed fixed.

Update March 2024 - excellent warranty support 5 years later.  I had a shingle blow off in storm and Michel had it fixed the same day I called.

I couldn’t recommend this company more. They were so quick to start the job. All of the workers are professional and always clean up at the end of the day. This company far exceeded my expectations, and were amazing to work with for my back porch demolition + rebuild. I'd highly recommend them for any project, given how responsive, hardworking, and generally amicable they all were. From start to finish, the owner Michel Trankels was exceptionally responsive (I don't think an email or text I sent to him went more than 30 minutes without a response!). He was also patient and responsible when it came to helping me navigate some complications the project had with the city zoning laws. The workers (Alessandro and Rafael) that he brought along for the work were extremely hard working, sometimes spending 11 hours at my house in the hot summer sun working to get the project done.
